Sanyo Chemical publishes an integrated report that summarizes financial and non-financial information with the aim of communicating its management strategies, business activities, and other initiatives aimed at Sanyo Chemical’s sustainable growth to all stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner.<\/p>\n

The 2024 edition consists of three sections: \u201cVision Story,\u201d \u201cBusiness Strategy,\u201d and \u201cReinforcement of the Corporate Base.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the \u201cVision Story,\u201d we introduce what kind of corporate group we are by telling the story of the future we are aiming for, the sources of our competitive advantage, and the technological capabilities and progress that underpin these goals.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
In the \u201cBusiness Strategy\u201d section, we present the progress of the New Medium-Term Management Plan 2025 and the status of each business, as well as financial information through messages from the president and the director in charge of finance.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
In the \u201cReinforcement of the Corporate Base\u201d section, we provide ESG information on strengthening our corporate base to support future growth, as well as messages from the director in charge of sustainability and the voices of employees who are promoting activities on the frontlines. In addition, we are increasing disclosures about the Board of Directors through the Roundtable Discussion between outside directors.<\/p>\n
