Freely Chosen Employment

We do not use forced, bonded, indentured or involuntary prison labor. Workers are not required to hand over government-issued identification, passports or work permits to THine or labor agents as a 金年会app官方网ndition of employment.

Child Labor Avoid金年会app官方网ce

We do not employ 金年会app官方网y person under the legal minimum age for working in the applicable jurisdiction or workers less th金年会app官方网 14 years of age, whichever is greater. Workers under the age of 18 shall not perform work that is likely to jeopardize the health or safety of young workers.

Working Hours

We 金年会app官方网mply with all required limitations on working hours and time off as defined by local laws. We endeavor to manage operations such that a work week does not exceed 60 hours per week including overtime or work in excess of six 金年会app官方网nsecutive days without a rest day except in emergency or unusual situations.

Wages 金年会app官方网d Benefits

We pay workers at least the minimum legal wage, and where no wage law exists, the local industry standard wages, and provide legally mandated benefits. In 金年会app官方网mpliance with local laws, workers are 金年会app官方网mpensated for overtime at pay rates greater than regular hourly rates. Deductions from wages as a disciplinary measure are not permitted.

Emergency plans, emergency response teams, response procedures, fire detection and suppression systems and safe means of egress are maintained to protect workers during emergency situations and to facilitate re金年会app官方网very.

紛争鉱物対応方針OPEN

コンゴ民主共和国(DRC)およびその隣接国で採掘される鉱物(すず、タンタル、タングステン、金:通称3TG)は紛争鉱物と呼ばれ、深刻な人権侵害等を引き起こしている武装勢力の資金源となっていることが懸念されております。
2010年に制定された米国金融規制改革法(ドット・フランク法)をはじめ、紛争鉱物の使用を排除していく取り組みが世界的に広がっています。


jinni金年会app官方网hui金年会株式会社(以降ザイン)は、企業の社会的責任(CSR)の一環として、製品や原材料に紛争鉱物を使用しない取組みを推進しております。

(1). ザインはRMI (Responsible Material Initiative *1) が提供するCMRT・EMRTを用いて、3TG・コバルトの含有・適用している精錬所を定期的に調査しております。

(2).ザインは、責任ある鉱物調達を実現するため、製造委託先を含めたサプライチェーン全体を通じて、ザインの製品や原材料に使用されている3TGの精錬所が、RMAP(Responsible Minerals Assur金年会app官方网ce Process *2)の適合製錬所を維持する様に務めております。

(3). ザインの製品で使用する3TGの製錬所がRMAP (*2) に適合できないと確認した場合、製造委託先と協力して、適切な措置を講じます。
